Willy Vlautin's Little Joe [a Short Film]

Somehow this gem slipped past me, so I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to you! A great short story, set to some sweeping Western landscapes — it’s classic Willy, and something all short story writers should be doing!

Hopefully I’ll get my act together and eventually do something like this too. Until then, grab a beer and 23 minutes or so to enjoy it.

The DRUNK POEM animations continue!

This time out we have to thank our friends at the Dead Bird Gang who sponsored the work featuring Brody Lee reading a short one about cold beer and branding bull calves, and showcasing some old family polaroids rotoscoped by Romvashtar.

As always, you can watch more DRUNK POEM ANIMATIONS via the button below!

Chupacabras...

Another day, another DEEP & GORGEOUS animation!

This time we travel south-of-the-border, to the beautiful open-air markets in Mexican border towns like Juarez, and the Corona-and-mescal-fueled purchases of drunken tourists. Bastien Chiarini narrates, Leeches of Lore brings the rock, and the animation is once again courtesy of stoniends. Ole!
