The best thing we can do for our fellow artists is give people a chance to discover it by doing what we can to share their stuff. Tell your favorite coffee shop, craft cocktail joint, or kickass 3rd space to stream Emma Beko’s new album Cicada on whatever service they use — it should be out there and available!
Who knows, you might even hear my voice if you do!
Pete Kahn over at Dead Prince Books had a chance to wax philosophic about writing poetry for the LITBREAK MAGAZINE crew. He had some kind words for PSLAMS…so we wanted to share them with you while also offering our heartfelt thanks!
The Willison West event will be here soon! There will be 3 Poets and 3 typewriters...so, if you’ll be anywhere near Santa Fe on May 30th, we’ll pop on in and say hey! There should be some poetry readings, some typewriter fun, and some time set aside at the end for DrunkSkull Sidewalk Cinema viewing! Have you checked it out yet?
